Whittaker Campbell has worked in the construction industry since 1993. He has been involved with structural and civil engineering projects since 1998 before entering military service. Most of his experience is in Government construction contracts where he supervised projects ranging from civil work, utilities, vertical construction, design-builds, and renovations. In addition to his experience as a Superintendent and Site Safety and Health Officer, Whittaker served his country on Active Duty in the U.S. Navy for 5 years. He then attended the University of San Diego, majoring in Business Administration. Upon completion of his degree in 2008, Whittaker first began to work on Federal construction projects. He is currently a Engineer Captain in the Army Reserves with a background in Facilities Construction Design and Planning.  Whittaker seeks to partner with all his clients and customers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget as proven by his past experience.
